The elastic of the Respect Band is certified according to the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX, which guarantees the absence of substances that may harm the horse. The hook-and-loop tape used is produced by Binder GmbH (DE), a leading company in the market, and has been tested for countless openings and closures that ensure excellent performance.
The protective band performs two important actions: - PROTECTS wounds and abrasions and allows for the regular use of the horse without having to resort to enforced rest until the complete regeneration of the damaged skin tissue. - PREVENTS chafing and acts as protection. The particular processing of the elastic allows for breathability of the skin and furthermore, the material it is made of has a high tolerance. It wraps around the horse's ribcage, directly on the hair, and its position is adjustable, depending on the area that needs protection.
