The "CARBON AIR Tendon" tendon protectors, developed to protect the sport horse in the show jumping discipline, are made 100% in Italy and designed to shield the tendon and part of the shin of the front legs from impacts, providing support to the tendons. Made with an external structure in differentiated thickness TPU, they are breathable thanks to the perforated Neoprene support and ventilated by the 6 air vents present on the tendon. Interposed between the external structure and the support, where necessary, Gel-Tech has shock absorption and comfortable padding functions. Carbon Fiber elements are present under the shell, to thermally isolate the joints from the heat generated by friction, and to increase mechanical resistance to impacts. On the inner side, at the height of the fetlock, a Flex Zone has also been created, allowing the limb complete freedom of movement. The closure is ensured by Velcro straps, removable with a quick-release system for replacement when worn. The dimensions and absolutely ergonomic shape have been developed to perfectly follow the structure of the limb, ensuring perfect positioning and avoiding any type of stress.
